Our introductory package is comprised of three appointments: an initial consult, treatment plan, and review consultation.

Two weeks later, the second appointment is a 30-minute follow-up where we'll present a customized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs based off all the information we have gathered. Our recommendations may include lifestyle and dietary modifications, supplements, and other natural remedies, all designed to help you achieve optimal heath.

We'll also discuss the time frame and expectations for our ongoing work together, ensuring you have the support and guidance you need to reach your goals.

During this appointment we will book in the time for your review consultation to assess progress, adjust dosage, and discuss our next steps.

Review consultations allow us to track your treatment progress, adjust your recommendations as needed, and fine-tune any existing treatment plans.

Review consulations also afford us the opportunity to work comprehensively on complex health pictures and new concerns.

During the initial stages of your journey, return consults will be regular in order to ensure you are progressing and the treatment fits your needs.
